Koka cleaning offers flexible scheduling hours for your convenience. We make every effort to work with you and to schedule an appointment that fits your schedule. Some of our clients prefer to be present; some prefer not to be present while their cleaning is being done. We make all efforts to work around you, your family, and friendly pets that are at your home. It is completely up to you, you have the choice of also providing us with a key, so that you do not have to be present.

You many cancel or reschedule your service at any time. We do, however, request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. If you do not contact is within 24 hours of you schedules time there will be a 35.00 cancellation fee. This fee will be included in your next scheduling statement.

If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any circumstance, we will give you a 24-hour notice.
