Payments

Payments are due at the time of service. Payments will be excepted in the form of cash or check only. (Please make all checks payable to cash or Koka only). Please have your preferred method to payment in a sealed envelope. Tips are optional and can be included in the total amount on the check.

• There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.

Lock out Fees

If at any time we arrive at your home, facility, etc, and no one is able to provide access to our entry, or we are unable to gain entry as previously arranged, there will be a 35.00 fee that must be paid on your next date of service.

Refunds

We cannot offer a refund to our clients. We do however want all of our clients to be 100% satisfied. Please let us know within 24 hours of your last service if you are not completely satisfied. We will gladly re-clean the problem area, as soon as possible with no additional fee.
